We had an lovely experience with Antoine at Velotino. He was super accommodating to my friend and I, even though we hadn't called beforehand. He went out of his way to help us and made sure we were all set before letting us head out. Definitely recommend this service! Make sure to call ahead and let them know what you're looking for beforehand so they have time to plan and prepare for your visit.

Highly recommended. Great, top of the range electric bikes. Top class customer service from Antoine and the team. They pulled out all the stops for our group of nine. They were knowlegeable, fun, and patient.

I rented a Trek hybrid from Velotino for 10 days of glorious cycling throughout the Bordeaux and Dordogne regions. The Velotino team was terrific as was the bike. I recommend them highly.

Great experience renting a road bike from Vélotino in Bordeaux. Amazing service, easy pick-up, and a very good bike for the price. Helped me get through the Triathlon de Lacanau in record time. Can definitely recommend.

We came to Mimizan for the triathlon my husband was participating in, but didn’t have space to bring bikes for the rest of the family. Luckily, we found the Velotino stand right at the event, and Antoine was incredibly helpful! He set us up with nice bikes for all of us and we had a great time riding around the lake and to the beach all weekend. Super convenient and friendly service—highly recommended!
